2019: Made a significant impact for the Owls during his junior season...Finished 14th at the Iona Meet of Champions as Temple placed third...Finished second in the Cherry and White and sixth overall as the Owls won their first race of the season at the Penn State National Open...Ran to a 17th-place finish at the AAC Championship...Was the first Owl to cross the finish line at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional as he ran to 14th overall with a time of 30:37.3 for All-Region Honors.

2017: Helped the Owls to three consecutive team titles at the Temple Invitational, the Rider Invitational, and Notre Dame's Joe Piane Invitational...Placed 10th at the IC4AÂ Championship with a time of 25:35.2 in the 5M, contributing the Temple's first-ever IC4AÂ title...Represented Denmark at the 2017 SPAR European Cross Country Championships in Samorin, Slovakia.
Prior to Temple: Attended Aarhus Universitet for one year where he won the Nordic Cross Country Championship and four titles at Danish Championships in both cross country and track…Prior to that, ran for Esbjerg Atletik & Motion…In 2016, won three Danish Championships and ran a 5K personal best of 14:37 and a 10K personal best of 30:53…Won three Danish Championships in 2015 and ran an indoor 3K personal best and U19 national record of 8:32…In 2014, won three Danish Championships and ran a 800m personal best of 1:58…In 2013, won two Danish Championships and ran a 9:12 3000m…Also competed for the Danish National team seven times.
Personal: Is majoring in neuroscience...Native of Esbjerg, Denmark, but lived in Aarhus in 2016 and competed for the Aarhus 1900 club with current teammate Anton Harrsen.
