2007-08: Missed first 10 games of the season due to ineligibility issues…Averaged 4.0 rpg and 1.9 rpg in 19 appearances…Also had 10 blocks and 10 steals…Grabbed eight rebounds and scored five points in 2007-08 season debut at Western Michigan (12/18)…Had career-highs of three assists and three steals to go along with game-high nine rebounds at #6 Rutgers (12/30)…Earned five rebounds and three points in 14 minutes vs. #13 George Washington (1/19)…Had strong defensive game of six rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 14 minutes at Richmond (1/23)…Posted six rebounds, four points and one steal in nine minutes at Rhode Island (1/27)…Scored four points, grabbed four rebounds and had one block at Xavier (2/9)…Had solid defensive effort with seven rebounds, season-high three blocks and one steal at Saint Louis (2/27)…Posted nine rebounds, five points and was three-of-four from the free throw line (a career-high) vs. Xavier in A-10 Final (3/10).

2006-07: Played in 26 games, averaging 3.1 ppg…Grabbed an average of 6.2 rpg, the third best tally on the team…Also had 24 blocks (third on the team) and 10 steals…Grabbed 13 boards and had five blocks, including three in the final minute and a half of the game to go along with nine points in debut at Drexel (11/17)…Had seven rebounds, two blocks and two steals in 14 minutes vs. URI (1/20)…Collected eight rebounds and two blocks in 17 minutes at Saint Joe’s (1/28)…Had a career-high 11 points and nine rebounds vs. Dayton (2/4)…Had a career-high 16 rebounds, nine points and three steals in 21 minutes vs. Saint Louis (2/15)…Grabbed game-high 12 rebounds, including 10 defensive, and scored six points at Duquesne (2/23)…Had six boards in 11 minutes in NCAA Tournament First Round vs. Nebraska (3/18).

HIGH SCHOOL: Named Fourth Team All-American by both Parade and Street and Smith’s Magazines…Voted one of USA Today’s top juniors in 2005…Averaged 19.1 points, 10.3 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 5.2 blocks and 1.5 steals per game as a junior…Led Martin Luther King to a 24-1 record and a state runner-up finish in 2005…Selected All-State (Mich.), All-City and All-Metro honors…Garnered USA Today’s top sophomores in 2004…Led high school squad to a perfect 25-0 season and a state title…Averaged 17.8 points, 10.4 points, 4.8 blocks and 4.3 steals per game…Was a Detroit News Class A All-State Second Team member in 2004.

INTERNATIONAL: Invited to USA Basketball’s 2006 U-18 National Team Trials…Was a member of the USA Youth Development Festival White team that went 2-3 and earned the silver medal in the summer of 2005…Posted a double-double of 14 points and 14 rebounds in the gold medal game against the Blue team…Had eight points and 16 boards versus Blue during preliminary play…Finished the summer ranked 16th among all 2005 Festival participants for scoring (7.0 ppg), tied for second for rebounding (8.8 rpg), first for offensive rebounds per game (5.2) and ninth for defensive rebounds per game (3.6).

The one superhero ability that I would like to have is… To know how to cure sick kids.

My favorite thing about Temple is… My teammates. They are my second family and they make it easier to be away from home.

Which opponent are you most looking forward to playing against this season? Anybody in the way of us winning the A-10.

Who or what inspires you? My Mom and Grandmother inspire me. They expect me to be the best in everything I do and sometimes I feel like they are being hard on me but I love them for doing that because it keeps me motivated. Also, my two little brothers. I want to be successful and make money so I can buy them anything they want.

Something I want to achieve in my lifetime... I just want to be successful!
