2014 OUTDOOR: Won the first American Athletic Conference title for Temple women's track and field (5/2), taking first in the shot put with a throw of 16.07m, breaking her own school record in the event by more than two feet which was previously set at the 2012 Penn Relays...Placed 12th at the American Championships for discuss with a throw of 43.30m (5/2)...Earned a first place finish in the Women's College Shot Put at the Penn Relays (4/24) with a throw of 15.37m while also placing 12th in discus, throwing 45.69m...Top finisher for the Owls at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/12) with a second place shot put throw of 14.80m and also finished third in discus with a throw of 46.27m...Finished with a first place shot put throw of 14.72m and a second place discus throw of 46.70m at the Colonial Relays (4/3)...Recorded a first place shot put throw of 14.64m and a second place discus throw of 45.32m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/28)...Took second place in shot put with a throw of 14.70m and fourth in discus with a throw of 48.18m at the Carolina Relays (3/21).

2012-13 INDOOR: Named the Atlantic 10 Outstanding Field Performer of the Year after repeating as shot put champion with a mark of 15.19m...Set a new personal-best mark in the weight throw with a mark of 16.71m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships (2/16), placing second overall...Won the Penn State National Invite in the shot put with a mark of 15.29m, also an ECAC qualifying mark...Set an indoor school record in the shot put at the 2013 Armory Collegiate Invite on Feb. 1 with a mark of 15.64m (51-03.75) to place sixth.
2012 OUTDOOR: Named A-10’s Most Outstanding Rookie of the year at the A-10 Championships (5/5-5/6)…Won conference titles at the Altantic 10 Championships (5/5-5/6) in the discus throw with a mark of 162 feet, 3 inches breaking the school record set by Ebony Moore in 2010 and the shot put event …Placed second at the Penn Relays (4/26-4/28) breaking her own school record with a mark of 15.71 meters…Named A-10 Rookie of the Week again for the week of April 30…Named Owlsports.com Athlete of the month for the month of April…Finished in first place claiming titles in the shot put and in the discus throw with a mark of 49’2.5” and 149’11”, respectively at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-4/21)…Finished in first place in the discus throw with a toss of 156 feet and 10.28 inches at the Mason Spring Invitational breaking the record set by Ebony Moore in 2010…Won the title with a throw of 14.22 meters at the Philadelphia Big 5 Invitational (3/24)…Place second in the shot put event meeting ECAC qualifying standards at the Maryland Invitational (3/31)…Placed second at the shot put event with a mark of 15.06 meters at the Florida Relays (4/6-4/7) breaking a school record held by Sharon Mitnik since 1982…Named Women’s Rookie of the week consecutively for the week of April 2-8 and April 9-15.
2011-12 INDOOR: Won the conference championship in the shot put event with a throw of 49 feet, 2.25 inches at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/17-2/18)…Took the title in the shot put throw event with a distance of 47 feet, 11.75 inches at the Rhode Island Invitational (2/4)…Finished first in the shot put event with an ECAC qualifying throw of 13.84m at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2)…Took first place in the shot put event with another qualifying throw that went 14.07 meters at the Father Diamond Invitational (1/7)…Landed in fifth place in the shot put event with a distance of 12.82 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/13)…Finished in seventh place with a throw of 14.22 meters at the Terrapin Invitational (1/21)…In weight throw, placed 17th with a distance of 14.51 meters at the Penn State National Invitational (1/27-1/28).
