Graduated in May 2011 … moved back to defensive end during 2011 spring drills … enrolled at Temple in the fall of 2007.
Honors: 2011 third-team All-MAC honoree … 2011 third-team All-MAC by Phil Steele … 2011 third-team All-MAC by College Sports Madness … named the coaches’ defensive player of the week (Oct. 15, 2011) … named the most improved defensive player following 2011 spring drills.
2011: Team captain … started all 13 games at defensive end… one of nine Owls to start every game … also played on the punt and field goal defense unit … had 40 tackles, including 5.0 TFL, four sacks, and a forced fumble on the season … had five tackles in the bowl win over Wyoming … had two tackles in the win over Kent State … had five tackles in the win over Army … made three solo stops and had a career-high two sacks for a loss of 11 yards in the win over Miami … had three solo tackles at Ohio … had a career-high seven tackles at Bowling Green … had five tackles, including a career-best three solo stops, in the shutout of Buffalo … had three tackles in the win at Ball State … made two solo stops against Toledo … had two solo tackles and a four-yard sack in the win at Akron … had two tackles and a 12-yard sack in the win over Villanova … lettered.
