2011: Played in nine games … also played on the punt return unit … had a tackle in the win over Army … saw action in wins over Army, Miami, Ball State, Maryland, Akron, and Villanova … lettered.
2010: Played in seven games … one of five true freshmen to see game action … also played on the kickoff and punt return units … assisted on a tackle at Miami … had three tackles, a 10-yard sack, and a break-up in the win at Kent State … had two solo tackles and a career-best two sacks for 11 yards in the shutout of Akron … made two solo stops in the win at Buffalo … recorded his first career sack for 11 yards in the win over Bowling Green … also had two solo tackles against the Falcons … one of two true freshmen to play against Villanova … lettered.
High School: Played outside linebacker for coach Craig Stinson at Highland Regional HS … as a senior, rushed for 1,365 yards and 14 touchdowns on 155 carries … also had 61 tackles, including 35 solos, 3.5 sacks, four break-ups, two fumble recoveries, and a forced fumble … also a letterwinner in basketball and track … threw the shot put for the track team.
