Honors: 2016 - College Sports Madness AAC Defensive Player of the Week (SMU) ... Defensive Production Player of the Week (UConn).

 2016 (Redshirt Senior): Saw action in the opener vs. Army exclusively on special teams .... has played in every game so far this season .. had first TFL of the season vs. Charlotte (1.0) ... filled in as the starter at FS for the injured Sean Chandler vs. SMU and tied his career-high in tackles (7) along with having interception returned for 27 yards .. started again at FS at Memphis and had six solo tackles ... suffered injury at Tulane which caused him to miss East Carolina game.

2015 (Redshirt Junior): Played in every game, starting six at SS for an injured Will Hayes and one at FS for Alex Wells ... finished the season fourth on the team in tackles with 54... recorded career-high seven tackles (three solo), including a half-tackle for loss, with a forced fumble at Cincinnati ... returned a blocked punt 16 yards for a touchdown and returned an interception 74 yards at Charlotte ... started and was a game captain against Tulane.

2014 (Redshirt Sophomore): His improved safety play placed him in a summer long battle with Alex Wells for the starting FS position ... did not start opening day but saw significant action after Wells was injured ... suffered an injury of his own (ankle) and missed the 2nd half ... missed nearly all of the Navy game (played one play) due to the ankle ... had first career interception in week 4 at Connecticut ... had a punt return for 21 yards in week 9 vs. Memphis that led to a game-tying field goal.

2013 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in 3 games, mostly on special teams.

2012 (Freshman): Redshirted.

High School: Played safety and wide receiver for coach Steve Devlin at Archbishop Wood HS ... began his prep career at George Washington where he was a teammate of fellow Owl Brandon Chudnoff … also returned punts … selected to play in the 2012 Big 33 Game … 2011 All-State honoree … led the state in punt returns … team won the 2011 state championship game against Bishop McDevitt … team captured the District 12 Class AAA city championship over Dobbins with a 49-0 shutout … had two TDs in the game, a 62-yard punt return and a 30-yard TD reception … named MVP of the 2011 Chesapeake Bowl … returned opening kickoff 90 yards for a TD.
