2018: Helped Temple to their first team win of the season at the Temple Invitational...Placed in the top 15 at the Army West Point Open to lead the Owls to their second straight win...Helped the Owls get on the podium with a second place team finish at the American Athletic Conference Championships for the first time in program history.
2017: Named a team co-captain...Competed in seven races for the Owls...Helped the Owls to three consecutive team wins, their highest-ever finish at the American Athletic Conference Championship and their first IC4A Championship title...Ran a personal best 8K time of 25:14.8 at the Rider Invitational.
2016: Ran in seven races with the Owls...Reached a season-best 8K time of 23:37.5 at the American Athletic Conference Championships as the Owls’ second-best finisher (21st).
2015: Ran in eight races for the Owls...Finished 31st with a time of 27:27.8 in the Duquesne Duals...Finished in 20.06.4 to earn 34th place at the Big 5 Inviational.
High School: Four-year letter winner in track and cross country at Jim Thorpe Area High School...Named to the Schuylkill League Division One All-Star Team as a sophomore, junior and senior...Team was Schuylkill League and Division One team champs in both his junior and senior years...Individual runner-up at the PIAA District 11 meet as a senior and a bronze medalist as a junior...Took 14th place in the state as a senior and was a qualifier as a junior...Named both the 2013 and 2014 Times News Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Year...Was league champion in the 3,200m in both 2014 and 2015...Also earned two varsity letters in wrestling.
