2018: Won the individual title at the Temple Invitational to help the Owls to their first win of the season...Placed second at the Army West Point Open, playing a crucial role in leading Temple to its second straight win...Finished top-10 at the American Athletic Conference Championships to garner All-Conference honors and lead the team to a program-high second place finish...Finished sixth at the IC4A Championships to help the Owls to a second place finish.
Prior to Temple: Earned Big 10 honors last spring in the 3000m steeplechase with the University of Maryland...Earned All- Big 10 Academic Team honors...Holds five top 10 all time performances at UMD in the 3000m, 3000m steeplechase and the 5000m.
Before Maryland: Competed for Hammonton High School...three-time Atlantic County champion...five-time Cape-Atlantic League Conference champion... earned first team All-South Jersey honors four times...notched Footlocker All-American honors after finishing 24th at the Footlocker XC National Championships...a 2013 Footlocker first-team All-Northeast honoree...won the 2014 McCabe Old Grad Award - given to the best male athlete in Atlantic County...high school personal bests include 1600m (4:20), 3200m (9:04)...XC 5k (14:56).
