2019: Competed on vault in four meet for Temple in her senior season...Tied career-best on vault with a 9.7 (3/17)...Team won program's first ECAC Championship...Named to the ECAC Division I All-Academic Team.
2018: Competed in three meets for the Owls… Posted a season-best 9.7 vault score at home on March 9.
2017: Did not compete.
2016 (Ball State): Did not see meet action… Member of a Ball State team that placed second at the 2016 MAC Championships.
Before Temple: Trained at Prestige Gymnastics… Was a state, regional and national qualifier as a junior, placing fourth on beam and in the all-around at the NIT… Placed third on bars at regionals as a sophomore… Also earned four varsity letters at Lower Dauphin High School in track & field… Holds three school records in the long jump, triple jump and 4x100m relay.
Personal: Parents are Kelly and Dave Fridey… Majoring in kinesiology… enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golfing.
