Reo arrived at Temple after serving the previous four years as the senior associate athletics director for compliance and special projects at Florida International University. She also was the varsity sport administrator for baseball and oversaw the renovation of FIU's baseball stadium in 2017.
The longest stint of Reo's stellar career came at UCF (2003-15), where she served 12 years on its athletics staff, the last seven as senior associate athletics director/senior women's administrator for student services. In her role, she was a member of the Director of Athletics' Executive Leadership team which helped oversee the daily operations of the athletic department, handled all student-athlete driven issues, she assisted in the development of strategic plans, and created and implemented policies and procedures for the athletics department.
As UCF's SWA, a role she began in 2006, Reo represented UCF in conference dealings pertaining to scheduling, championships and legislation. She also served as UCF's liaison for gender equity and Title IX issues. In addition, she was the administrator in charge of several UCF teams including women's rowing, cross country, men's and women's tennis and women's track and field. Reo, who represented UCF on multiple NCAA Committees during her tenure, was recognized in 2015 as one of the Top 10 Senior Woman Administrators in all of college athletics by CollegeAD.org. She also acted as the department's liaison with Academic Services for Student-Athletes (ASSA), supervised the Departments of Sports Medicine, Strength & Conditioning and Student Services.
Prior to her time at UCF, Reo spent seven years at the University of Miami, serving first as a compliance coordinator for rules education and documentation and the last four years as a compliance coordinator for athletic services. She received her first full-time role as an assistant sports information director at Clemson University, where she spent two years publicizing Clemson athletics. She began her career serving as an intern in the Atlantic Coast Conference office, working with the media relations department.
Reo graduated with a bachelor's degree in English from Florida State University, completed a master's degree in sport and fitness from UCF, and completed a Doctorate in Education at Florida State University.
