Dominic Mangoni is in his third year as an assistant coach at Temple University. Mangoni brings more than 30 years of experience at the club, high school and college levels. He recently spent nine years as the assistant coach at Holy Family University. During his time at Holy Family the team reached the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Finals on six occasions and won the title four times.

Mangoni holds several certifications that include the NSCAA National and Advanced National Diplomas, a Brazilian FA license and a UEFA license from the Irish Football Association. In the spring of 2010, he completed the first half of an internship in Italy with the Italian Soccer Coaches Association and the FIGC, the Italian Soccer Federation, while training with the U-21 national team component of coaches.

In January 2011, Mangoni completed the second half of his internship which consisted of working with the coaches and players from AS Roma and AC Milan in Italy over a fifteen day period. The program was conducted at La Trigoria in Roma. Mangoni is now a member of the AIAC (Italian Soccer Coaches Association).

Dominic has coached at the youth level in the ECNL with FC Bucks and was also an assistant coach with the FC Bucks team that competed in the Women's Premier Soccer League.
