Darrin Cohen is in his first season as assistant women's tennis coach at Temple University.
A native of Lafayette, CA, Cohen attended the University of Virginia, where he was a top-six player and letterman from 2002 to 2006.
While at Virginia, Cohen set the career doubles win record as well as the doubles season winning percentage at 81%. He reached a ranking of #10 in NCAA doubles and #36 in NCAA singles play.
He was named to the All-ACC team in 2005 and 2006 and was the MVP of the 2005 ACC Tournament.
Cohen was part of a Caviler team that won two ACC Championships and reached the quarterfinals of the 2005 and 2006 NCAA Championships.
He received a world singles ranking of 1100 and world doubles ranking of 740 while on the ITF Professional Tour from 2006 to 2007.
