2011-12 INDOOR: Ran a season best of 7.35 in the 55 meter dash and 42.47 in the 300 meter dash at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2)...Set a season best of 7.92 in the 60 meter dash in the NYC Gotham Cup (1/13).
2011 OUTDOOR:Placed third in the 200m dash with a time of 26.00 in the Greyhound Invitational…Ran on the 4x400m B squad and placed second at the Monmouth Invitational with a combined time of 4:09.65…Ran the 4x100m with a combined relay time of 48.48 to place 49th in the Penn Relays…Ran the 4x1 with a combined time of 48.40 to take top honors in the Greyhound Invitational…Ran the 4x200m relay with a time of 1:44.05 to place fifth in the Colonial Relays.
2010 OUTDOOR: Clocked in a time of 26.19 in the 200m dash for a third place finish and crossed the finish line at 12:98 in the 100m dash for fourth place at the Villanova Invite…Finished second in the 200m dash with a time of 26.23…Also, part of the 4x100m relay team that placed eighth in a time of 47.93 at the Colonial Relays…Clocked in a time of 12.94 in the 100m dash for ninth place and finished sixth in the 200m dash with a time of 25.79 at the Lou Onesty Invitational…Took top honors in the 200m dash with a time of 26.23 at the Greyhound Invitational…Finished 13th in the 200m dash with a time of 25.51 at the Atlantic 10 Championship…Placed second in the 100m dash with a time of 12.61 and ran a time of 25.65 in the 200m dash for fourth place at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet.
2009-10 INDOOR: Ran a time of 7.40 in the 55m dash for fourth place and finished 12th in the 300m dash in a time of 43.68 at the Jack Pyrah Invitational…Posted a season best in the 55m dash with time of 7.35 for a second place finish at the Haverford Invitational.
2009 OUTDOOR: 5th place finish in the 4x100 relay with a time of 48.26 at the Wake Forest Invitational...Took 1st in the 100m dash (12.39) and was a member of the 4x100m relay team (47.54) that also took first at the McHale Dual Meet with La Salle...At the Greyhound Invitational, finished 6th in the 100m dash and was on the relay team that took first in the 4x100m relay with a time of 47.76...Competed at the Penn Relays in the 4x100m relay and finished in 47.88 and also was on the 4x200m relay team that finished in 1:39.56...Claimed 4th at the A-10 Championships in the 4x100m relay with a time of 47.83.

HIGH SCHOOL: Conference champion in the 55m as a junior and senior...Finished third in the state in the 55m as a junior...State champion in 200m as a sophomore...Member of state champion sprint medley team as a junior and sophomore...Won 100m and 200m conference championship as a sophomore...Finished fifth in the 200m at Meet of Champions as a sophomore...Broke conference record in the 100m as a freshman...AAU 100 and 200m regional champion.
