2018-19 Indoor: Won the high jump at the Lehigh Season Opener after clearing 1.65m…Won the 60m hurdles in her first event on the track for the year, clocking in at 8.92…Took gold in the high jump at the Seahawk Shootout.
2018 Outdoor: Ran a season's best of 1:02.43 in the 400 hurdles at the 49er Classic...Took third in the 400H at the Temple Owls Invitational.
2017-18 Indoor: Ran her fastest 400m in 1:01.67 at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener...Won the high jump at the Fastrack Season Opener...Finished third in the pentathlon at the Penn State National...Scored five points for the Owls at the American Athletic Conference championship meet where she placed fourth in the pentathlon with 3635 total points.Â
2017 Outdoor:Â Took fourth-place finishes in the 400m hurdles and 100m hurdles at the Morgan State Legacy Invitational.
2016-17 Indoor: Earned a silver medal and All-Conference honors in the pentathlon at the American Indoor Track & Field Championships with a personal best score of 3,528...Earned first place in the high jump at the Towson Invite.
2016 Outdoor: Earned a silver medal and all-conference honors in the high jump at The American Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 1.73m... Set two personal records this season in the 100 and 400-meter hurdles…  Ran a 14.48 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Morgan State Legacy Meet to set a new personal record… Qualified for the conference finals in the 400-meter hurdles with a time 1:02.10 at The American Outdoor Track & Field Championships….Collected three first place victories, which included the 4x400-meter relay and the 400-meter hurdles at the Philadelphia College Classic.Â
2015-16 Indoor: Earned a first-place finish in the high jump at the Villanova Invitational with a 1.73-meter jump… Posted a seasons-best high jump mark of 1.74 meters as a part of her fifth-place Pentathlon performance at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships… Highest finish in the 60-meter hurdles came at the Villanova Invitational with a time of 8.95 seconds to place fourth overall… Posted a seasons-best time of 8.90 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the Penn State National Invitational… Named to Temple’s Director’s Honor Roll for having a GPA of 3.0 or above.
High School: Named the Free Lance Star Athlete of the Year and was a four-year All-Area Athlete… Indoor and Outdoor High Jump 6A State champion as a senior… Won the Indoor 6A State Championship in the high jump as a junior… Two-time outdoor state high jump champion.
