2014 OUTDOOR: Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed ninth at the ECAC Championships (5/16)...Recorded two personal-best finishes at the American Championships (5/2) with a 200m time of 25.26 and 400m time of 56.45...Finished with a personal-best time in the 100m in 12.51 and placed fourth in the 200m in 25.10 at the Owls Alumni Invitational (4/19)...Recorded a fifth-place finish on the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:47.57 and placed eighth in the 400m at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/12)...Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed third in a time of 3:52.93 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/28)...Part of the 4x400m relay team that took a second place finish with a time of 3:54.17 and placed third in the 400m at the Carolina Relays (3/21).
2014 INDOOR: Placed third in the 400m with a time of 57.66 and was a part of the third-place finishing 4x400m relay team at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/14)...Finished with a personal-best time of 25.78 in the 200m, was a part of the 4x800 relay team that finished second (10:49.40), and placed fourth in the 200m (25.78) at the Rutgers Tri-Meet (1/10)...Set a personal-best 300m dash time of 42.19 and was a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed first in a time of 4:02.23 at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/7).
2013 OUTDOOR: Set personal-best times in the 100m and 400m...Clocked a personal-best time of 12.93 in the 100m, finishing 17th overall at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational (4/5)...Ran a personal-best time of 58.02 in the 400m at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships to place 18th overall (5/5).
