2016 OUTDOOR: Earned five top-10 finishes in the long jump including a first place at the Philadelphia College Classic with a jump of 5.51m…Set a new personal record in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:05.48 at The American Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
2016 INDOOR: Placed second in the long jump at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals Meet with a seasons-best mark of 5.57 meters… Matched her career-best mark in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.19 seconds at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals Meet… Named to Temple’s Director’s Honor Roll for having a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
2015 OUTDOOR: At the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships, she placed 19th overall in the long jump with a mark of 5.38 meters (5/14)… Helped the 4x100 meter relay team place first at the Philadelphia College Classic (3/21)… Member of 4x200 meter relay that placed first at the Colonial Relays (4/02)… As a member of the 4x400 meter relay team, she help earn a first-place finish at the Philadelphia College Classic and second at the Colonial Relays.
2015 INDOOR: Member of 4x400 meter relay that placed first at the Yale Giegengack Invitational (2/06).
2014 OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
2013-14 INDOOR: Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that finished tenth at the American Indoor Championships (2/28)...Earned a fourth-place mark in the long jump (5.58) at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/14)...Finished with a personal-best mark in the 200m with a time of 26.33 at the Terrier Invitational (1/24)...Recorded a personal-best time of 8.19 in the 60m dash at the Great Dane Classic (1/17)...Finished in fourth place with a long jump of 5.19m at the Rutgers Tri-Meet (1/10)...Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that finished first at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/7) in a time of 4:02.23 and recorded an eighth-place mark of 5.17 in the long jump.
PRIOR TO TEMPLE: Competed for one year at California University of Pennsylvania...Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track and Field Team...Also earned all-region honors from the USTFCCCA.
