2014 OUTDOOR: Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed ninth at the ECAC Championships (5/16)...Finished fifth at the American Championships (5/2) as a part of the 4x400m relay team (3:41.60) and recorded two personal-best times in the 200m and 400m with times of 24.97 and 56.19...Took first place in the 400m in a time of 57.56 and third in the 200m in a time of 25.03 at the Owls Alumni Invitational (4/19)...Finished sixth in the 400m (57.23) and fifth in the 4x400m relay team (3:47.57) at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/12)...Posted three sixth-place finishes at the Colonial Relays (4/3) in the 4x400m relay (3:49.01), 1600m sprint medley (4:07.30) and 400m (56.60)...Placed fourth on the 4x400m relay team at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/28) in a time of 3:52.93...Was a part of the 4x400m relay team who placed second with a time of 3:54.17 at the Carolina Relays (3/21) and also posted a ninth place finish in the 800m in 2:22.12.

2013 OUTDOOR: Placed fifth in a personal-best time of 2:20.91 at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational (4/5)...Placed sixth in the 400m at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/6).
2012-13 INDOOR: Placed seventh in the 400m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships with a time of 57.40...Set a personal-best time in the 300m at the Hoya Spiked Shoe Club Invitational (1/18) with a time of 41.76, placing sixth overall...Set another personal-best time of 1:17:60 in the 500m event at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/1), placing third in the finals.
2012 OUTDOOR: Placed third overall in the400 meter dash at the Philadelphia Big 5 Invitational (3/24)…Part of the 1600 sprint medley relay that finished with a time of 3:58:55 at the Florida Relays (4/6-4/7)…Finished in 12th place with a time of 56.34 in the 400 meter dash at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-4/21)…Part of the 4x400 meter relay squad that finished in 26th place with a time of 3:44.19 at the Penn Relays (4/26-4/28).
