2016 OUTDOOR: Set two personal records in the 400 and 100-meter hurdles. Ran her top time of 1:07.67 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Colonial Relays... Hit her new personal record in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.20 and finished in 2nd place at the Princeton Outdoor Invite… Added two more top-five finishes: 2016 Morgan State Legacy Meet 5th place and a victory at the Philadelphia College Classic in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.88.
2016 INDOOR: Posted career-best times in both the 60-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles during the indoor season… Ran her best 60-meter dash at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals Meet on December 5, 2015… Posted her top 60-meter hurdles time of 8.76 seconds at the Villanova Invitational on February 6 to place fourth and qualify for the event finals …. Ran a season-best time of 27.87 in the 200-meter dash at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals Meet… Named to Temple’s Director’s Honor Roll for having a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
2015 OUTDOOR: Placed 21st at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with her 14.91 mark in the 100 meter hurdles (5/14).
2015 INDOOR: Placed eighth in the 60 meter hurdles at the Tiger Open Finals with a time of 9.23 (1/24).
2014 OUTDOOR: Recorded two first-place finishes at the Owls Alumni Invitational in the high jump (1.45m) and a personal-best time in the 100m hurdles of 14.82 (4/19)...Was the 12th place finisher in the 100m hurdles in 14.67 at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/12)...Finished fourth in the 100m hurdles in 15.07 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/28)...Placed 10th in the 100m hurdles in 15.05 and was a part of the 4x100m relay team that placed fifth in a time of 50.69 at the Carolina Relays (3/21).
2014 INDOOR: Finished ninth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.33 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/14)...Ran a personal-best 60m hurdles in 9.14 at the Penn State National Invitational (1/31)...Part of the 4x400m relay team that finished sixth in 4:33.31 at the Rutgers Tri-Meet (1/10) and also finished third in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.29...Placed fourth in the 60m hurdles in 9.32 at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/07).
