2019-20 Indoor: Represented Temple in seven meets during her junior campaign...Finished second in the 60m hurdles at the Fastrack Season Opener...Tied for the second-fastest 60m dash time for the Owls this season, clocking in at 7.94 at the Villanova Invitational...Finished second in the hurdles at the Bill Ward Invitational...Represented the Owls in two events at the American Athletic Conference Championships where she ran a PR of 8.77 in the hurdles.
2019 Outdoor: Finished second in the 400m hurdles at the Rider Invite, hitting a massive PR of 1:02.74…Ran her fastest 100m hurdles time of the season at the AAC Outdoor Championships, when she advanced to finals and finished sixth overall with a time of 14.14…Also represented the Owls in the 400m hurdles at the conference meet…Came out of the blocks for Temple in the 4x4 at the championship meet, helping the squad to its best performance of the season.
2018-19 Indoor: Finished second in the 60m hurdles at the Lehigh Season Opener…Took gold in the hurdles at the Seahawk Shootout…Advanced to finals in the hurdles at the Penn 8-Team Select, where she finished fourth overall…Qualified for finals in the 60m hurdles at the Villanova Invitational, where she clocked a time of 8.87…Made finals in the hurdles at the Valentine Invitational, finishing seventh overall…Represented the Owls in both the 200m and the 60m hurdles at the AAC Indoor Championships.
2018 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for Temple...Finished fourth in the 400H at the Sam Howell Invitational...Was part of the winning 4x400 squad at the Temple Invitational...Had a standout performance at the Widener Invitational, winning both the 100H and 400H, with two personal bests of 14.45 and 1:03.56...Ran as a part of both the Sprint and Distance Medley Relays at the Penn Relays, setting school records in both events...Represented the Owls in the 100H, 400H and 4x400 at the AAC Outdoor Championships.
2017-18 Indoor: Represented the Owls in seven meets during her freshman campaign...Earned three top five finishes at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener...Ran two PR's at the Navy Women's Lid-Lifter, running the 60m in 7.81 for fourth place and posting 25.54 in the 200m for fifth...Finished sixth in the 60H at the Villanova Invitational...Represented Temple in four events at the AAC Indoor Championships, helping the Owls break the DMR record for a third place finish...Ran her fastest 400m in 57.47 at the AAC Championships.
High School: Competed for four years at Henry E. Lackey…Two-time state champion in the 100H and 300H and additionally won the state championship in the 100m dash during her senior season…New 2a long jump record holder…As a senior, earned individual regional and SMAC titles in the 100m dash, 100m hurdles, and 300m hurdles and was the long jump regional champion…Two-time 55m hurldes state champion…Named Henry E.
