Justin Johnson joined the Temple Football staff as the Director of Business Development (NIL) / Assistant Director of Player Development in August 2024. Johnson came to Temple after a year at the University of Missouri, where he served as a graduate assistant for both NIL & SAD.
Prior to his time at Missouri, Johnson worked with Oregon Accelerator, a University of Oregon NIL student organization. As the Strategy Director, Johnson facilitated influencer marketing opportunities for student-athletes. Johnson has also participated in professional development opportunities with the Minnesota Vikings Future Leaders Summit, as well as the NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar.
Johnson holds a master’s degree in Positive Coaching & Athletic Leadership from Missouri, as well as a master’s in Advertising & Brand Responsibility from Oregon. Oregon is also where the Philadelphia native earned his undergraduate degree in Public Relations. Additionally, he played offensive line for the Ducks.
