Jason Broadt was named the Owls' Director of Operations beginning with the 2017 season. Broadt entered the role after serving as one of the team's managers while completing his undergraduate degree.
In his role, Broadt is responsible for planning Temple's team travel, hiring and supervising team managers, and managing community service initiatives. He also plays a large role in creating content for recruiting, as well as the coaches' social media presence.
Broadt earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple in 2017, and and his Master's Degree from the School of Sport Tourism and Hospitality Management in 2018.
While an undergraduate student at Temple, Broadt contributed to many different aspects of Temple's Athletics Department, including interning in both the player development and operations areas for Temple Football, and as a gameday media assistant for the Owls' Athletic Communications department.
