11.9.01 | Women's Volleyball

PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple volleyball team (18-9, 9-6 A-10) beat Fordham (6-18, 1-14 A-10) three games to one on Friday, November 9 at Fordham. The game scores were 30-21, 20-30, 30-20 and 30-21 for the Owls.

Sophomore Yun Xu led the Owls' attack posting double figures with 20 kills and 21 digs. Fellow sophomore Yamit Haba posted 16 kills and 16 digs. Junior setter Solana Lee recorded 58 assists to bring her season total to a career-high 1199.

Roxanne Hill (12 kills, 10 digs) and Beth Crockett (14 kills, seven digs) led Fordham's attack.

Temple continues their road trip stopping in Georgetown on Monday, November 12, at 7:00 p.m. Washington, D.C followed by their conference finale at George Washington.
