FIELD HOCKEY'S DECESARIS AND MOYER EARN 2002 ATLANTIC 10 ALL-CONFERENCE HONORS

Decesaris (Shavertown, Pa. /Lake Lehman) a junior was third in the conference in scoring with 19 points (eight goals and three assists) in 19 games. She had four game--winning goals during the season. She started all 19 games she appeared and was the team leader in goals (eight), shots (61) shots on goal (39) and defensive saves (eight).
Moyer (Dresher, Pa. /Upper Dublin), a senior co-captain started all 19 games this season she appeared. Moyer started every game of her four year career. She ended her brilliant career with 79 straight starts (believed to be a school record). Moyer scored one point and had one defensive save on the season.
Temple finished the season with a 9-10 and 2-4 record in the Atlantic 10 Conference placing fifth and narrowly missing conference postseason play.
