Seven Owls Earn NFHCA National Scholars of Distinction

PHILADELPHIA – Seven members of the Temple field hockey team were named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association's 2025 National Academic Squad on Wednesday.
In order to qualify for the honor, a student-athlete must have achieved at least a 3.9 cumulative grade-point average through the first semester of the 2025-26 academic year. Graduate students are not eligible for recognition.
Senior Lina Neilson was recognized for the fourth consecutive season. Junior Riley Gallagher notched her third-straight year receiving the recognition. Sophomores Winslow DiPeso and Alex Lepore collected their second time earning the recognition while freshmen Kathryn Gauvin, Madison Logan, and Amanda Martin each get honored for the first time in their collegiate careers.
