Bronx, N.Y. - The Temple volleyball team blanked Fordham three games to none on October 11 at Rose Hill Gymnasium. The game scores were 30-21, 30-19 and 30-23.

Senior outside hitter Xu Yun led the Owls with a match-high 18 kills while hitting .455. Fellow senior Margaret Majewska added 11 kills, hitting .500 for Temple. Junior setter Alison Runk dished out a match-high 46 assists and added three service aces.

Lindsey Lofstedt led Fordham with 14 kills and was the only Ram to post double-digit kill numbers. Setter Lindsay Schedeler had 26 assists for Fordham.

As a team, the Owls out-hit the Rams .429 to .247. Temple improved to 7-7 overall and 4-1 in Atlantic 10 Conference play. Fordham fell to 8-13 overall and 1-4 in the conference. The Owls will next host George Washington on Friday, October 17 at McGonigle Hall. Match time is 7:00 p.m.
