PHILADELPHIA - The Temple volleyball team defeated Fordham three games to none on November 7 at McGonigle Hall. The game scores were 30-20, 30-18, and 30-25. The Owls have won 10 straight and 15 of their last 17 contests.

Senior outside hitter Xu Yun led the Owls with 15 kills and hit .467. Junior Allison Runk added 38 assists.

Lindsey Lofstedt led the Rams with nine kills and Lindsay Schedeler added 25 assists.

As a team, Temple out-hit Fordham .235 to .093.

Temple improves to 14-7 overall and 10-1 in conference play while Fordham falls to 8-20 overall and 1-10 in the Atlantic 10. The Owls will next host Rhode Island in an A-10 Conference match up on Saturday, November 8. Match time is 4:00 p.m.
