MEN'S VARSITY 8 TAKES FIRST AT GEORGETOWN INVITATIONAL

WASHINGTON, D.C.-- With a time of 5:26.1, the Temple University men's Varsity 8 crew took first place at the Georgetown Invitational.

The second Varsity 8 also took place with a time of 5:34.7 while the Novice 8 placed second with a time of 5:55.7.

Next up for the Men's Crew is the prestigious Dad Vail Regatta where they will try to regain the Varsity 8 title. They lost the title last year to Dowling after holding the title for 18 straight years. The Regatta runs through May 9 and 10.
