CRAIG HENRY LEADS OWL EFFORT AT UD/THOMSON INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD INVITATIONAL

2.9.04 | Men's Track and Field

NEWARK, DE -- Craig Henry led the Temple men's indoor track team with two second-place finishes in the final day of competition at the UD/Thomson Indoor Track and Field Invitational on Sunday, February 8 at the Delaware Field House.

In the field Henry finished second in the long jump and triple jump with a 6.54m and 13.12m effort, respectively.

Additional place-winners in the field for Temple included Corey Simmons (12.92m) in the triple jump and Wendell Raulston (1.85m) in the high jump. Simmons and Raulston each took third in their events.

On the track the Owls' on top five finish came from the 4x800m relay team, which placed second as it crossed the tape at the 9:17.85 mark.
