MEN'S TRACK & FIELD PLACES SIXTH AT DELAWARE INVITATIONAL

NEWARK, DEL.-Junior Jon Albright earned first in the 110-meter hurdles for the second consecutive week and senior Craig Henry placed second in the triple jump as the Temple men's track & field team placed sixth (34.50 points) out of an 11 team field at the Delaware Invitational on Saturday April 10.

Albright won the 110-meter hurdles in a time of 14.74; he also placed fifth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.19. Henry soared 13.53 meters to place second in the triple jump while sophomore Steve Johnson also contributed points placing fifth in the 100-meters (11.40) and the 200-meters (22.64)

The Owls will travel to Baltimore, Maryland to compete at the Morgan State Invitational on Saturday April 17.
