MEN'S VARSITY 8 TAKES FIRST PLACE FOR SECOND WEEK IN A ROW

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The Temple men's crew Varsity 8 took first place beating out Syracuse and Georgetown on Saturday, April 24 on Onondaga Lake just north of Syracuse, New York. Temple finished with a time of 6:34.7 beating second-place Syracuse by more than five seconds.
In the JV 8 race, Temple took second place (7:07.1), outdistancing third-place Georgetown by six seconds.
The men's crew team will next compete in the Dad Vail Regatta May 7 and 8 on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia.
