BASEBALL DOUBLEHEADER WITH DUQUESNE PUSHED BACK TWO HOURS ON FRIDAY

PITTSBURGH, PA - The Temple baseball doubleheader

scheduled for today at Noon against Duquesne has been pushed back two hours because of field conditions. The forecast in Pittsburgh calls for partly cloudy skies this afternoon with temperatures in the upper 50's so both teams have agreed to begin the doubleheader at 2:00 p.m.

The teams will play two seven-inning games today and finish up the three-game Atlantic 10 Conference series on Saturday with a nine-inning affair beginning at Noon.

Two other Atlantic 10 baseball matchups will begin today because of Easter weekend. St. Bonaventure and George Washington will travel to Philadelphia to take on La Salle and Saint Joseph's respectively. The two teams will conclude their series on Saturday.
