Freshman Adin Mickle again led the Owl harriers, finishing first for the team and 95th overall in a time of 27:32.8. Junior Dave D'Adderio ran second for Temple and 114th overall while freshman Jim Waddington, senior Matt Kobialka and freshman Dan Bezotsky followed closely behind, placing 119th, 120th and 122nd, respectively.
Duquesne captured its first-ever men's title with sophomore Tom Slosky finishing fourth overall in a time of 24:52.0. La Salle Junior Sean Quigley became the Explorers' second-ever individual champion as he cruised through the 8K course in a time of 24:28.9, the third-fastest mark in the 28-year history of the men's Championship.
