JOHNSON PACES OWLS AT MORGAN STATE

BALTIMORE, MD -- Senior Steven Johnson posted season-bests in the 200m (22.88) and long jump (6.30m) as the Temple men's track team traveled to the Morgan State Invitational in Baltimore, Md. this weekend. Andrew Fries continued his strong showing in the javelin, finishing second in the event.

Freshman Marquise Stancil placed 15th in the 400m dash (50.13), while classmate Marcos Edghill was 14th in the 110m hurdles (16.75).

Temple will split its squad next weekend, traveling to the Princeton and Kutztown Invitationals.
