Baseball To Conclude Fall Season With Cherry and White World Series

AMBLER, PA - The Temple baseball team will conclude its non-traditional fall season with the Cherry and White World Series beginning on Friday, October 20. The Owls will be divided into a Cherry team and a White team and play a best of seven series consisting of three-inning games. Games one through three will be played on Friday beginning at 3:00 p.m. while games four through seven are on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. The series will be played at Skip Wilson Field in Ambler, Pa.
Pitching coach Justin Gordon will manage the Cherry team, while assistant coach Casey Fahy will manage the White team. Team captains for the series are the Owls' only seniors Dan Brady and Rob Licata. They are responsible for setting the starting rotation.
