Men's Harriers Finish 13th at A-10s

PITTSBURGH, PA - Sophomore Adin Mickle finished 43rd overall as the Temple men's cross country team placed 13th at the Atlantic 10 Championship on Saturday morning at Pittburgh's Schenley Park. Mickle traversed the 8k course in a time of 26:51.30 to lead the Owls for the second straight race.
Freshman Dan Rinehart was the second Temple finisher in a time of 27:10.15 to place 62nd. Freshman Travis Gerhardt (27:26.00, 76th), senior Dave D'Addario (28:36.40, 118th) and sophomore Jim Waddington (28:37.80, 119th) rounded out the Temple top five.
La Salle won the team title with 52 points, edging host Duquesne (83). Massachusetts was third (99), followed by Richmond (101) and Charlotte (104).
The Explorers' Sean Quigley won the individual title in a time of 24:39.00. Duquense's Tom Slosky was the next finisher (25:02.20).
Temple is off next weekend before visiting Lock Haven University on November 11 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional
