PHILADELPHIA - Temple sophomore Joshua Louis and freshmen Tim Boeni have been named the Atlantic 10 Performer and Rookie of the Week, respectively, for men's indoor track and field, the league office announced on Monday. The Owls competed on Friday at the unscored Princeton New Year Invitational.

Louis finished third in the high jump with a personal best mark of 6-8 and was fifth in the 60m hurdles (preliminaries) in a time of 8.44. Boeni earned his second straight A-10 Rookie of the Week after finishing third in the long jump (22-9) at Princeton.

Temple returns to action on January 12 at the NYC Gotham Cup.
