BOSTON, MA - Sophomore Jason Sullivan met IC4A standards with a 10th place finish in the 800m (1:54.44) as the Temple men's indoor track team competed at the unscored Terrier Classic at Boston University this weekend. Sullivan becomes the first Owl to meet IC4A standards this season. Classmate Joshua Louis was second in the high-jump with a season-best mark of 6-8 and was also 14th in the 55m hurdles (7.91).

Junior Marcos Edghill also posted a season-best in finishing 15th in the 55m dash (6.60) and was 13th in the 55m hurdles (7.77). Freshman Rob McGriff bettered his season-best in the 200m (22.44) to place 23rd.

Sophomore Mitch Stroh was 11th in the 1000m (2:34.18) and classmate Adin Mickle finished 30th in the 5000m (15:33.32).

The Owls also sent competitors to the Bison Open at Bucknell. Sophomore Darnell Bowser had the best finish, placing fifth in the 500m (1:09.08).

Temple again splits its squad this weekend at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational at the New York City Armory and the Ursinus Open.
