Temple Launches OwlAccess Tonight With Volleyball Match Against #15 Dayton

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will launch its OwlAccess webstreaming initiative tonight with the live webcast of the Owls' volleyball match against the #15 Dayton Flyers. The match, held on campus at McGonigle Hall, starts at 7:00 p.m.
"We are excited to finally get OwlAccess up and running," said Assistant Athletic Director Larry Dougherty. "This is the first of many live and taped events that Temple Athletics will stream on owlsports.com. We are utilizing our talented student resources from the School of Broadcast, Telecommunications and Mass Media for this initiative to provide them with practical experience in broadcasting sporting events."
Temple plans to host an Athletics Show every Monday as well as provide coverage of the Football Media Luncheon on Tuesdays. A complete schedule of events for the fall season will be posted within the next week.
