DAYTON, OH - Snow squalls have caused the postponment of Saturday's Atlantic 10 baseball game between Dayton and Temple at Time Warner Cable Stadium. The Flyers and Owls will play two nine-inning games on Sunday beginning at noon.

Heavy bands of snow caused two different delays to the action on Friday as UD beat TU, 6-3. The top of the seventh inning was delayed for 15 minutes due to snow and the bottom of the frame was halted for 70 minutes due to another band of heavy snow squalls.

After the game was completed on Friday, a third band of snow came into the Dayton area around 5 p.m. ET. The small accumulation from that snowfall remained on the field throughout the night causing Saturday's postponement.

The weather forecast for the Dayton area calls for a 30 percent chance of snow showers until 11:30 p.m. ET on Saturday night. Sunday is projected to be partly cloudy with a high temperature of 34 degrees and winds at 14 MPH.
