NEWARK, DE - Sophomore Josue Louis won the high jump (6-6) and 60m hurdles (8.44) as the Temple men's track team won the Delaware Invitational on Saturday. A total of five Owls won individual events to help TU edge Monmouth for the team title.

Freshman Miles Dryden won the long jump (22-5), senior Marcos Edghill took the triple jump (44-10 3/4), and junior Adin Mickle won the 3000m (9:03.09) to join Louis in the winner's circle.

Edghill had a busy day, placing second in the 60m hurdles (8.47), fourth in the 60m dash (7.17), and 10th in the 200m (23.53). Sophomore Garrett Summers was second in the triple jump (41-10 3/4) and fourth in the 60m hurdles (8.75).

Senior Marquise Stancil ran a time of 50.73 to finish third in the 400m, while junior Jason Sullivan was second in the 800m (1:58.05).

Freshman Mike May was right behind Mickle in the 3000m (9:04.97) and classmate Charles Goold placed third in the 5000m (15:43.95). Junior Bryce Buffaloe recorded a distance of 54-1 1/4 to place fourth in the weight throw.

The Owls will have their final tune-up for the Atlantic 10 Championship next weekend at the New Balance Games at the New York City Armory.
