Men's Crew Plaes Three Shells In Finals of Knecht Cup

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ - Temple crew advanced three men's shells to Sunday's finals of the Knecht Cup Saturday on the Cooper River while the women's varsity 8 made it to the semifinals.
The men's freshman/novice four won its qualifying and semifinal races to advance to the final. The men's varsity 8 and second varsity 8 also won their races to advance to the final.
On the women's side, the varsity 8 placed third in their qualifying heat before placing fifth in the semifinals.
The Owls take the river again tomorrow with the men's freshman/novice 8 opening the day at 8:10 a.m.
