Zhang Named Atlantic 10 Volleyball Co-Player Of The Week

PHILADELPHIA- After leading Temple to a 3-0 week and an undefeated Atlantic 10 record, junior Yun Yi Zhang was named the A-10 volleyball co-Player of the Week.
Zhang had 56 kills and posted a .341 hitting percentage in three matches. She also had 16 digs and six blocks. In the 3-0 shutout of La Salle, she had a match-high 11 kills in the win over Rhode Island, the junior had a match-high 24 kills and just two errors for a .458 hitting percentage. In Sunday's 3-0 shutout of Fordham, she had a match-high 21 kills and three blocks.
The junior is averaging a team-high 4.66 kpg and boasts a team-best .315 hitting percentage.
