Travis Mahoney Named A-10 Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week

PHILADELPHIA - Freshmen Travis Mahoney has been named the A-10 Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week for the week ending September 8th, the league announced on Monday afternoon.

Competing for the first time as a member of the Cherry and White, Mahoney finished in first place at the Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff with a time of 19:23.Thanks to Mahoney, the Owls finished in second place among five teams.

The Cherry and White return to the Jersey Shore on Friday, September 19th to compete in the Monmouth Invitational.
