BOSTON, MA - Freshman standout Travis Mahoney continues his collegiate debut with another record setting performance this weekend at the Boston University Terrier Invitational. Mahoney posted a time of 8:34.37 in the 3000m, breaking his own school record set just last weekend. Joshua Louis, the Owls best finisher, turned in a 7.68 time in the 55m hurdles, good enough for a IC4A qualifying mark.

Senior Marquise Stancil led the way for the Owls in the 500m, placing 3rd with a time of 1:04.02. In the same event, freshman Anthony Boone finished 12th with a time of 1:04.99, both meeting IC4A qualifying standards.

Also meeting IC4A qualifying standards was the 4x400m team, placing 3rd with a time of 3:17.00.

The Owls take to action next weekend, January 30th and 31st, when they compete at the Bison Multi, in Lewisburg, Pa.
