Softball Doubleheader with Saint Joseph's Moved to Wednesday

Rainy forecast forces game change
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Temple softball doubleheader against Saint Joseph's, originally scheduled for Tuesday, April 27 at 3 p.m. at Ambler Field, has been moved to Wednesday, April 28 with the same start time, officials announced today. With rain in the forecast until Tuesday, the teams agreed to move the games back a day.
The Owls and Hawks will compete in two crucial Atlantic 10 games. TU enters the twinbill with a 16-25 overall record and a 5-7 mark in the A-10 after picking up a sweep of George Washington on Sunday. Saint Joseph's carries a 21-14 record into the games and a 5-5 conference mark. The Hawks also most recently played GW, defeating the Colonials in both games.
Saint Joseph's will serve as the home team for both games on Wednesday.
