Game Notes vs. Rutgers (PDF)
PHILADELPHIA - History repeating itself would be a good thing for the Temple women's basketball team, who heads to #11/12 Rutgers on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in the last of a six-game road swing. The Owls, currently 2-4, also went into last year's game vs. Rutgers with a record of 2-4, and not only came out on top but won the next four games as well.
The Scarlet Knights are undefeated at 6-0 and have been steadily moving up the polls so far this season. Head Coach C. Vivian Stringer, a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame, is in her 17th season at Rutgers with a record of 349-173. Fans can listen to a Rutgers audio stream of the game HERE, and watch live stats HERE.
