Owls win every match against conference foe

DAYTON, Ohio – The Temple men's tennis team traveled to Ohio to face Atlantic 10 foe Dayton on Saturday, March 19. The Owls defeated the Flyers easily, coming away with a 7-0 victory.
TU did not lose a single match, and only dropped one set throughout the day. Particularly impressive were Dmitry Vizhunov at number three singles, and Mansur Gishkaev at number five. Vizhunov dropped just two games in defeating Benton Benalcazar 6-1, 6-1. Gishkaev bettered that, falling just once in a 6-0, 6-1 win over Alex Crum.
Temple is 10-4 overall and will face Atlantic 10 favorite Xavier tomorrow morning.
