Cherry & White Night Brings out Temple Basketball Fans

PHILADELPHIA - The 2012 Cherry and White night hosted by the Temple Athletic Department for the men's and women's basketball teams was a resounding success. Check out a highlight video of the event by clicking the "play" button above, or at the following link: Cherry and White Night Highlights.
The event included performances by Temple Cheerleading, Diamond Gems and Pep Band, introductions of the men's and women's basketball teams, speeches by Fran Dunphy and Tonya Cardoza, dance contests, scrimmages and more.
The women's team opens the 2012-13 season at home against Montana on Friday, Nov. 9, while the men's home opener is slated for Saturday, Nov. 17 against Rice.
