Men's Crew Places Second in Petite Final

SAN DIEGO- The Temple men's crew team wrapped up a two-day trip at the San Diego Crew Classic with a second place finish in the Men's Collegiate Carsity Invitational Petite Final Sunday.
The Owls Varsity 8+ comprised of Don Norris (coxswain), Jimmy Barr (stroke), Aaron Heyde (seat-7), Mike Mirabella (seat-6), Brian Rehill (seat-5), Kevin Nally (seat-4), Perry Cox (seat-3), Djordje Vilamanovic (seat-2) and Brandon Joyce (bow) placed second with a time of 6:39 a mere second behind British Columbia, the winner of the heat with a time of 6:38.
The Owls return to action on Saturday April 14th with the Knecht Cup.
