Four Members To Represent Men's T&F At NCAA East Region Preliminary

PHILADELPHIA – On Thursday afternoon it was announced that jsenior Travis Mahoney, freshman Darryl McDuffie, sophomore Gabe Pickett and freshman Derek Holland have been selected to represent Temple and compete at the 2012 NCAA East Region Preliminary May 24-26 in Greensboro, N.C. on the campus of North Carolina A&T.
Mahoney, the Atlantic 10 Outstanding Performer of the Year and conference Steeplechase champion, will participate in the event in the NCAA preliminary round for a chance to qualify at NCAA Championships at Drake June 6-9.
McDuffie will take part in the high jump, while Pickett and Holland will compete in the triple jump. Pickett is reigning A-10 champion and IC4A runner-up in the event.
